Two of the most common ways a development task stalls are a query you can picture but cannot quite express, and an error message that explains nothing. These tools handle both.
The SQL Generator takes a plain-English description — "top five customers by spend this year, with order counts" — and returns runnable SQL with the right joins, filters and grouping, adapted to your database dialect. Paste an existing query and it will explain it in plain language or suggest a faster rewrite, which is useful when you inherit reporting logic with no comments. The Error Fixer works the other direction: paste the error and the surrounding code, and it identifies the likely cause and a concrete fix rather than a generic suggestion.
Both are free, need no signup, and are designed to keep you in flow instead of sending you through three pages of search results.
